By accessing or using the Site you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws. If you do not agree, you are not authorized to use the Site. We may update these Terms at any time, and your continued use after a change means you accept the revised version. The date at the top says when they last changed.

Nothing on this Site is a medical diagnosis, and nothing on it is a substitute for advice from a qualified professional.

Our tests are self-assessments made for interest and self-reflection. Several of them — including those covering attention, autistic traits, and attachment — describe patterns that also appear in clinical settings. A result telling you that your answers resemble a particular pattern is not a finding that you have any condition, and it is not a screening carried out by a clinician.

Do not use a result here to start, stop, or change any treatment, and do not use it in place of seeing a doctor. If your results concern you, or if you are struggling, speak to a qualified professional. If you are in crisis, contact your local emergency service.

Our tests are not employment screening tools, and must not be used to make hiring, admission, insurance, or similar decisions about anyone.

The Site is intended for people aged eighteen (18) or older. By using it you confirm you are of legal age. You are responsible for anyone who uses the Site through your account.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information on your account and for keeping access to it secure. Tell us at [email protected] if you believe someone else has used it. You may not share, sell, or transfer your account or your access to the tests.

We provide online tests and the personalized reports generated from your answers, together with an account where those results are kept available to you. A one-time test pack is what unlocks taking tests and reading their full reports.

We may change, add to, or discontinue any test, report, or feature, and may restrict access to parts of the Site. We aim to keep the Site available but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted.

Everything we sell is a one-time purchase. There are no subscriptions: we never charge your payment method again after the purchase, there is no automatic renewal of any kind, and there is nothing to cancel. The price you are shown at checkout is the price that applies to your purchase.

We currently offer the following packs. A test credit is used when you take a test and open its report.

• Starter — $1.95 once. A single payment for 1 test with its full report.
• Plus — $9.95 once. A single payment for 5 tests, each with its full report.
• Full access — $38.95 once. A single payment for unlimited tests, retakes included.

Test credits do not expire, and reports you have opened stay available in your account. When a pack's tests are used up, nothing happens to what you already have — taking more tests simply requires buying another pack, which is again a single payment.

Prices may change; a change never affects a purchase you have already made.

Everything we sell is a digital service. Access begins the moment your payment is approved.

If the service has been used, it will not be refunded.

Using the service includes taking a test, opening or downloading a report, or otherwise reaching paid content on your account. Refunds are not guaranteed: any refund is issued at our sole discretion and decided case by case.

If you believe you have been charged in error, email [email protected] from the address on your account with the details of the payment. Requests must come to us directly; we cannot act on one raised only with your bank.

For consumers in the EU and UK: distance-selling rules normally give you 14 days to withdraw from a purchase. Because you ask for immediate access to the tests and reports when you buy, performance begins straight away and that withdrawal right ends once access is granted. You keep every other right the law gives you.

If you believe you have been charged in error, contact us first at [email protected]. We will look into it and put right anything that is our mistake. You agree to raise the problem with us and to follow the dispute process in these Terms before asking your bank to reverse a charge.

You agree not to:

• Copy, scrape, republish, or resell any test, question, report, or other content from the Site.
• Share your account, or give others access to paid reports.
• Interfere with the Site, attempt to gain unauthorized access to it, or work around any access restriction.
• Use automated means to take tests or extract content.
• Use the Site unlawfully, or in a way that harms us or anyone else.

Your answers and results are yours. You grant us the permission we need to store them, generate your reports, and provide the Services to you. We handle them as described in our Privacy Policy, and we may use anonymous, aggregated data — which cannot identify you — to improve and research our tests.

We may monitor and record communications, including support correspondence, for quality and training purposes.

YOUR USE OF THE SITE IS AT YOUR OWN RISK. THE SITE, THE TESTS, AND THE REPORTS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT ANY TEST OR REPORT IS ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR SUITABLE FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE, THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT IT WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS. IF APPLICABLE LAW DOES NOT ALLOW SOME OR ALL OF THESE EXCLUSIONS, THEY APPLY TO YOU TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NEITHER YourTests NOR ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR SUPPLIERS WILL BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS OR DATA, ARISING OUT OF YOUR ACCESS TO, USE OF, MISUSE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITE OR ANY TEST OR REPORT, WHETHER BASED ON CONTRACT, TORT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR $100. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THESE LIMITATIONS, IN WHICH CASE THEY APPLY TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED.

If you are dissatisfied with the Site, your sole remedy is to stop using it.

You agree to indemnify and hold YourTests and its affiliates harmless from any claims, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or your violation of any law or the rights of anyone else.

YourTests and its licensors own the Site and everything on it, including the tests, the questions, the scoring, and the report content. You may use them only as these Terms allow. Your personal report is for your own use; the underlying material remains ours.

If a dispute arises, contact us first at [email protected] and we will try to resolve it with you in good faith. If it is not resolved within 60 days, it will be settled by confidential binding arbitration under the Commercial Rules of the American Arbitration Association, before a single arbitrator, and may be entered as a judgment in any court with jurisdiction.

You and YourTests each waive the right to a jury trial and agree that disputes will be handled individually. Neither of us will bring a dispute as a class action or in a representative capacity, and arbitrations will not be combined without everyone’s written consent.

A claim must be filed within one year of when it could first have been filed, or it is permanently barred. Nothing here prevents either party from seeking injunctive relief in court to protect intellectual property.

You may opt out of the arbitration and class action terms above by writing to [email protected] within 30 days of first creating your account. Opting out does not affect the rest of these Terms.

These Terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of laws rules.

• These Terms, with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us, and replace anything said before.
• If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect and that provision is replaced by the closest enforceable one.
• Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it.
• You may not assign these Terms. We may assign them, including in a merger or sale of the business.
• Nothing here creates a partnership, employment, or agency relationship between us.
• Headings are for convenience and do not affect interpretation.
