Each pack includes a set number of tests. Taking a test and opening its report uses one. Reading a report you've already opened never uses another — your reports stay open for good.
Only how many tests you can take. Starter is $1.95 for 1 test, Plus is $9.95 for 5 tests, and Full access is $38.95 for unlimited tests, retakes included. Each is a single payment — nothing is charged later on any of them.
Everything you've opened stays open. When you want to take more tests, buy another pack — the new tests are added to your account. There's no subscription to manage either way.
Everything we sell is a digital service, and access starts the moment your payment is approved. If the service has been used, it will not be refunded; if you believe you were charged in error, email us and we'll look into it.
